Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 13, 2026
Information We Collect
We may collect account and contact information, company and website information, authentication and security information, usage and diagnostic information, and information you authorize DOMINANCE to access through connected services. Connected-service data may include analytics, search performance, advertising account, campaign, conversion, and related business-performance data.
Google User Data
When you connect a Google service, DOMINANCE requests only the permissions needed for the feature you choose to use. Depending on the services you authorize, DOMINANCE may access Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads data. OAuth access and refresh credentials are stored server-side in encrypted form and are not intentionally exposed to the browser or other DOMINANCE customers.
DOMINANCE uses Google user data to provide authorized analytics, reporting, intelligence, optimization, forecasting, and related features for the account that authorized access. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising unrelated to the service requested by the user.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate and secure DOMINANCE; authenticate users; connect authorized data sources; generate dashboards, analysis, recommendations and forecasts; improve system performance; provide support; prevent fraud or abuse; comply with law; and develop and improve WLG products and services consistent with applicable permissions and agreements.
Data Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, analyze, or deliver DOMINANCE, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a lawful corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information or connected Google user data.
Data Storage and Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include access controls, encrypted transport, server-side credential storage, and encryption of connected OAuth credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide DOMINANCE, maintain legitimate business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may disconnect supported integrations through DOMINANCE. Requests concerning account data access, correction, or deletion may be submitted to WLG using the contact information below.
Third-Party Services
DOMINANCE may connect to third-party services at your direction. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Authorization of a third-party connection does not transfer ownership of your data to WLG.
AI and Automated Analysis
DOMINANCE may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to analyze authorized business data and produce insights, scores, forecasts, recommendations, or other outputs. Such outputs may contain estimates and should be evaluated in context before material business decisions are made.
Children
DOMINANCE is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as DOMINANCE evolves. The effective date above will identify the current version.
